In the spring term our main focus is developing our love of learning through exploration. We will be focusing on key explorers including David Attenborough, Amelia Earhart and key individuals linked to space and dinosaurs. This will enable us to deepen our understanding of the world and investigative skills, as well as give us the opportunity to access a variety of creative resources to evidence our understanding.
We will also continue to build in routines based around the development of key skills, including Phase 3 phonics, handwriting, reading and writing and number.
To develop our gross motor skills we will be provided with lots of opportunities to explore the outdoor area, we will take part in PE each week and will also access yoga and Commando Joe’s.
